Two free-standing canopies serve as a walkway on a roof so that staff can cross dryly. They are made of galvanised and powder-coated steel with a roof made of tempered laminated glass clamped between clamping plates. The canopies are anchored in the roof and concrete beams around the porches have a stabilising function. The joints between the plates are sealed, while the joints between the vertical and horizontal panels are left open for natural air circulation.
